Ridiculous timeframe to sort out business claims. Taking more than 2 weeks to replace ESSENTIAL items that you need to operate left us buying it instead out of our own pocket just to be able to operate and not lose further income. Careless attitude, no feedback of where the process is, and not paying out what the items are truly worth. Also not covering items in full, and also not replacing all things ******, so tip for everyone, a laptop does not include the obvious bag it is carried in or a mouse for example amongst many, many other things. If you need an insurer that want to get you back to operating as soon as possible, then Mi-way business is not for you. No response to e-mails, asking days later for the same thing that you have already sent, (with a sent and read report), loads of extra legwork you have to do yourself, and just bad, bad service.
