<p>For anyone wanting to use Miway as an insurer, don't bother with their pathetic service. You will be mislead and decieved. I attempted to process a valid claim on a cellphone I inusred with them as part of my movable contents insurance coupled with my vehicle insurance, only for them to find every which way to avoid paying out. Not to mention going as far as obtaining information *******ly without my consent; of which I will be laying charges with the ombudsman for short-term insurance as well as police for violating my rights. unacceptable and terrible insurer that is happy with taki ng people's premiums only to duck and dive when it's time to pay.</p>
