<p>I requested a call from Miway via the Miway app and I got responded immediately from their service provider Miss Ntando Nkosi...she managed to help me amend my policy and gave me a discount up to where I could afford my policy, she was so friendly and helpful on the phone call and she was able to assist me with the terms I couldn't understand in my mother tongue.</p>
