With Buhle you have a service Champion, i called Miway for policy review and I was transferred to Buhle who greeted me in Tshivenḓa and from there i knew even if im offered less premium somewhere, I'm more likely to stay with Miway because this is the kind of service i want. The whole call didn't feel like a business call which I'm just a policy number to her, it felt like we're family and have known each other for years. This excellent service standard is the reason I've been with Miway since 2009. She assisted and advised the best she could and even called me back when she said she would. We are quick to point out wrong doing and forget to complement but Buhle's service deserved 10 stars. Keep it up, more and more people will enjoy doing things their WAY.

On the flipside your systems let's ur committed staff down. I've been with you guys for 11+ years and claimed once or twice in all this years, when I try to bring my other car home i get ridiculous amounts from my favorite insurer since 2017. I end having to insure with other people who are giving me premiums that make sense. Buhle is going an extra mile to assist me in this regard. I will await her feedback. Thank you
