Buhle Nkuna, The Angel from Miway

I have been miway insurance policy holder over a period of five years. In 2017 I made a claim due to an accident and the insured vehicle was written off. Since after the claim I have been paying over R2000.00 premium with basic excess of more than R7000.00. I have been trying to reduce my Policy over the past two years with no success and on the 02 July 2019 I spoke with Buhle Nkuna from Miway to review my policy, and she was so professional in dealing with my request and manage to assist in reducing my premium with R500.00 less plus a reduced basic excess. I was on the verge of cancelling my policy as I was convinced that am not provided value for my money. She explained why it was difficult to reduce my premium in the past years (which previous consultants failed to do) and advised me accordingly. She went to the extent of explaining finer details about claims, how premiums get calculated and factors that leads to higher cost of premiums. Now I know when is the right period to review my policy, thanks to Buhle. She helped Miway to retain me as a client and am happy to continue with the cover from Miway.
