Buhle Gumede assisted me with a policy cancelation. Even though I have never experienced poor service, due to logistical reasons I had to join another service provider. Buhle assisted me quickly and efficiently, and understood the reasons for canceling with empathy. Communication was clear and to the point. Thank you Miway for providing quick assistance in this matter. It was much appreciated.
