BRING MY MONEY BACK MIWAY-FAILED TO TOW MY CAR, YOU ARE REPPING OFF RURAL PEOPLE

MiWay insurance is exploiting Rural Customers,I a Purity Mathabela from Jozini KZN,joined Miway with fulL comprehensive cover that include Road side assistance, In Rural town-Jozini we dont have car dealership/service centres,for repairs have to take car to Empangeni/Richards bay almost 2h30 drive, hats the nearest service centre,Miway could not tow my car to Dealership service centre at Empangeni,I have used other insurance before they were able,my family and comunity uses other insurance they are getting towing services to Empangeni,

MiWAY Could not tow my car for free,had to more than R3K for towing

Miway,STOP REPPING OFF RURAL PEOPLE-PUT IT CLEAR THAT YOU DONT COVER RURAL COMMUNITY-WHERE DEALERSHIP SERVICE CENTRE ARE A BIT FAR PLS PAY BACK ALL MY PREMIUMS THAT I PAID, THIS WAS MY 1ST REQUEST YOU FAILED TO HONOUR THE AGREEMENT, WORSE CASE MIWAY DEBITED AFTER I CANCELLED THE POLICY, BRING MY MONEY BACK-ALL PREMIUMS ***, COULD NOT ASSIST
