Brilliant Service & Great Attitude

I phoned in to check if my premiums could be reduced as I'm experiencing financial difficulty. Tembi listened attentively to my problem, consulted and gave advice promptly and with authority and managed to get the premium reduced. She also went the extra mile by consulting with Tapelo, the supervisor who managed to reduce the premium even further. The cherry on top was Tembi's great attitude. She was caring and showed genuine concern and positively reassured me a few times. Well done for this great service.
