Brilliant Service from Unathi

Basically I called the call centre to re-negotiate my monthly premium and a lovely lady named Unathi was able to not only reduce it but also got me on to a more comprehensive cover for the reduced premium. She was very well spoken and got straight to my problem with a smile. Well done to her she has saved a client :)
