This week I had a pleasant surprise call from MiWay, informing me that my case was being wrapped up and full refund on its way. I had not expected this to happen so soon, especially since we’ve been on lockdown. Thomas Mabitle, like all his colleagues that I dealt with on this case was professional and concise; he kept me updated throughout the approval process, which was done within a day. I must say, MiWay has exceeded my expectations; there wasn’t a need for me to follow up regarding anything, including the refund. They were on point every step of the way - efficient and fair.
