Brilliant Service

<p>Received outstanding service from Kitso Modisane who assisted me with a quote and finally activation of motor insurance with MiWay. I've been a very loyal client of Outsurance for many years but having been in an accident a couple of weeks ago and now having to get my new vehicle insured, well the process had left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. </p> <p>Loyalty meant absolutely nothing and being quoted 4 x times the premium with Outsurance to what I was used to in these tough financial climate, was/is a bitter pill to swallow. Luc****y I remembered that my hubby was insured with Miway and I just took a chance in calling for a quote. </p> <p>It was my absolute pleasure to deal with Miss Modisane, who was very knowledgable about the product she was selling to me and took the time to explain things in detail. She also emailed the policy to me immediately and made minor changes without complaint and stayed on the line until I was happy. I really take my hat off to call centre staff being able to deal with a difficult client such as myself especially having had to deal with Outsurance earlier.
