i took my two vehicles for inspections in April. the company that assisted me told me that they would send inspections certificates to Miway. this month i received an sms from Miway saying the inspections certificates are still outstanding.i was shocked and send certificates to Miway but they were not attached to my policy. today i contacted Miway and i was assisted by Zimbili. i explained my frustrations to her and she gave me her direct email and asked me to resend the certificates to her for immediate processing. within five minutes the certificates were attached to my policy and my vehicles were fully covered. i want to thank her for going extra mile for me and for see me as a valuable customer. Zimbili please keep up the good work. i decided to keep my policy because of your attitude and care you showed throughout this process.
