Brilliant Service

I am an existing MiWay client, I contacted the Customer Service center to change my banking details for my monthly insurance debit order, Kelebogile Mpoko answered my call. She was friendly, helpful and very effecient! All necessary information was given over the phone, and the details were changed then and there. Kelebogile, also advised when the next debit order dates would be over the festive season.

I highly recommend her to be advanced in her career, as she has a lovely manner, was polite and eager to assist me.
