I am so glad that Amori manages to put my fear at ease by helping me instead of discrediting what I was saying.As a result, she manages to even further confirms everything on my policy and at the end I even get a further discount.Good work Amori,your sense of humour and calmness when dealing with my issue is greatly appreciated.Keep it up
