I have been insured with Miway for almost three years now and it has given me good service since. The customer service staff is always patient and willing to go the extra mile. I particularly want to thank Mr Kgothatso Tlhapi for the service provided in assisting me with my cover. He displayed good customer service ethics and went out of his way in ensuring that i understood the terms of the cover i was taking. Keep it up and do the same for others.
