Brilliant consultants, excellent service.

I was phoned by MiWay asking if they could provide me with a quote for car or household insurance.

I was quoted on my motorcycle insurance, but I declined the policy, but decided to try a quote on household contents. Long story short, I was assisted by Donovan which phoned me quite a few times as I kept on missing his calls and delaying him since I was very busy.

Donovan did not once show any negative attitude towards me for delaying him as much as I did, and kept at it to the very end, even assisting me with further quotes etc. I did end up taking the cover because of Donovan's exceptional service.

Not only do I only believe he is a great addition to MiWay's team, but definitely a wonderful human being, and I commend him for his determination and attitude towards giving the best service possible.
