Brilliant
Pholakele was very efficient in the way she handled by case. Out of her own assisted with a beter premuim without me asking for it. Thankyou so much

20 Aug 2021, 16:25Thank you Miway. I took my insurance away from you, and after numerous phone calls from you decided to return to Miway. I added an additional vehicle to my insurance. was quoted R1200+ and was told to hold on by Pholakele. she came back to me with a lower monthly installment on this vehicle. Now that I got my policy, I see it is still the original amount quoted. When I called in now I was told that the basket discount must have been taken into consideration. And now all of a sudden there is additional access applicable only on this vehicle but not on the other 3 I have insured with you. Truly disappointed. Will most definitely look into moving my insurance AGAIN!!!!!!! #LiveYourWay my ass! rather #overpromiseandunderdeliver
