Breaking down claim to bare minimum no compation

Hi<br> <br> One of My-ways clients had a accident and that's what i treated it as but after this i will not have the same compassion.<br> Accident was in December and i only received a settlement now after i had to call them many times.<br> settlement is with one of their panel beaters and does not even cover a courtesy car or any assistance to that matter.<br> <br> When I ask questions everything takes days.<br> <br>
