Hi I'm Mary. I logged a call to Miway insurance for road assistance. I was assisted by the lady called Kwandile, im so impressed about how she handled my call. She has all qualities of customer service. She assisted me to my satisfactory. She called to check whether im safe from where my car Breakdown? She checked whether the tow truck arrived or not? She also called to say whether I and my car arrived home safe or not. I thank u Miway for the assistance i got from u, it was amazing
