Breakdown assistance

Needed a tow. Took forever to get back to me, and I learned a valuable lesson. They do not show it in my policy documents, but the towing cap is 40KM round trip (so 20km towing my vehicle). Needless to say, my vehicle stays on the side of the road, and they still take it as they assisted, so I lose one of my call outs even though no call out was given. Telephonic service was good though.
