Breakdown arrived after 3 hours

On the 08 Oct 2017 at 22h58 made a call to MiWay for mechanical breakdown assistance. I spoke to call centre agent(Tshepiso) and he promised that breakdown will come and tow my car in 45min-1hr. I waited for almost more than 2 hours and 30mins for breakdown to come. The drive only come at 01h22. I keep on callin the agent and was promised that the breakdown driver is on the way and the put me on hold for more than 10min and I always have to drop the call and call them again. My question is why do I have to wait for more than 2 hours and 30mins while being promised that the breakdown is coming? I always rate Miway as the best, but as for this service I rate them zero. I cant wait for 2hours and 30mins for my car to be taken home which is 15km from the incident.
