Break in of vehicle

I have registered a claim with miway on the 26 july 2019.My vehicle was parked at my work place with a security guard that secures our vehicles. I locked it with the remote and the alarm was activated. During the course of the night i cane to fetch something from my vehicle and found my door open. There was no forced entry and inspected the vehicle and found that some items were ******. I opened a case and submitted all the documents needed for my claim. Today is the 05 August 2019 and i still haven't got a reply from miway. The only claims i had was third party claims. Miway should look in the situation of the claim and that it was parked in a secured area where a security guard was posted for that area to work. I hope that as a loyal client miway puts their clients first and pay the claim cos this was a place of work and not a mall. I assume it was remote jamming but i don't have proof that is was actually remote jamming. Its just my assumption cos there was no physical damage on the vehicle. I have lost an amount of over R6000 value to the items ****** from mt vehicle. I spoke to the people at miway for feedback but they sound very reluctant in giving actual answers. I always had a high regard for miway but now it is seeming to drop. I will wait for their response and if it is rejected then I will have to look for a company that caters for unforseen circumstances no matter what the situation is.
