Break down

I had frightening experience as a woman suddenly breaking down alongside the N2 in my car around 6.45pm this evening, I was alone and to top it off, at a unsafe spot. Luckily a SAPS vehicle appeared, passed me and realised I was in trouble. He reversed and parked behind me whilst the cars were flying by. He came over and enquired what the problem was. He stayed with me the entire time until assistance arrived. Thank you to the SAPS policeman, I felt comforted to know you were there with me. I knew to call MiWay Roadside assist but my cell phone battery was now on 12% and dying fast and it was getting dark quickly. I spoke to a very friendly and helpful gentleman named Patrick Mbalati who assisted me over the phone. He was calm, professional and knew exactly where to send a pickup flatbed truck after speaking to the SAPS policeman to verify the location point. I want to thank you Patrick for doing such a sterling job of finding me a towing company in a short space of time and for helping alleviate my stress. I called in later after I had been dropped home and spoke to Ayanda Livala who informed me that I had vouchers left to use for transportation should I need it whilst my vehicle would be getting repaired. Thank you Ayanda for reminding me that I had these benefits as I never realised at this moment in time that they were still available to me. Miway really operated quickly and professionally when it was most needed and I am so grateful for their help.
