Breach of POPI act

Good day,

I am not a customer of miway insurance, I never gave you permission to process any of my personal information, yet I am being harassed on a daily basis.

I am being called for direct marketing purposes on my private cell number every other day. I was told that you bought my number from blue label telekoms and that you wont remove it from your system.

I am going to lodge a complaint at the information regulator regarding the breach of POPI.

Please provide clarity on this matter, and the permission that you have to buy client information.
