breach of contract

I had a curtacy car arranged from Avis car rentals in Orib airport by Miway insurance for my car, Rev 4 NP170087 that was involved in an accident on 07/07/2016. When I get to Avis to collect the car I noticed that Miway arranged a car that falls under group 'B'.

I then decided not to collect the because according to the agreement that I have for the curtacy car for this that was involved in an accident I am suppose to get group 'B' car since 2012 when I started to insure this car and I have never made any changes regarding this.

I then contacted Miway to enquire about this and I was assisted by Kwena from claims department who requested me to give him few days so that he would do investigation by colleting all calls that I have had with Miway starting from 2012 when I joined Miway with this car.

On the 12/07/2016 Kwena phoned and informed me that there is no where that I had ever changed the grouping of curtacy car and he further informed me that a group 'B' curtacy car will be arranged by Miway for me to collect on this same day.

I went to the same Avis to collect the car and Avis confirmed with me that Miway has arranged me a group 'B' curtacy car and I then collected it and drove it for 30 days from 12/07/2016 till 11/08/2016 returned it back. A deposit of R1200 from my credit car was paid.

On the 17/08/2016 I noticed that Avis deducted about R1700 from my credit car ontop of R1200 that I paid as a deposit. On 19/082016 I visited Avis branch to enquire and I was informed that the money was deducted because Miway only paid for a group 'A' curtacy no for group 'B' curtacy car.

On 22/08/2016 amd 23/08/2016 I reported the matter to Kwena from Miway. Kwena requested 24hours from 23/08/2016 for to do unvestigation by requesting all calls from the date I joined Miway and also to request an invoice from Avis.

On 23/082016 a lady from Miway client service who was requested by Kwena to look on my policy informed that the curtacy car for my other car VW polo is group 'A' and according the greement it is group 'B' and it was changed not even once. I joined my way with this polo on 2010.

Till to date no feed feedback was supp**** to me and my money is still not yet reversed. It is very unfair that Miway can make changes in my policy without my consultation and such changes would unfavour me.

Since I been with Miway all curtacy cars for my cars have been on group and I have been paying the correct amount on the correct dates. Curtacy cars have downgraded without my consultation but the premium wad never reduced. I want my money back as I did not arrange group 'B' curtacy car and I need a feedback as to why Miway makes some changrs on my policy without my consultation.

My car that was involved on an accident on 07/07/2016 was ready for collection from reapairs on 15/08/2016 however the fron wind screen had a crack on the side where the damages took place. Miway was informed about this on the same day that the car was ready for collection but till to date no feedback has been supp****.

But why Miway is no longer taking care my self as I am a big client with three cars insured with them? If Miway will keep doing things very bad like this,I will see no reason to keep my cars insured by them but to look for another insurances.

I am very disappointed as I have been woth Miway since 2010 and I have been happy with them. There for an investigation must be conducted on my issues.
