Bravo Mashudu

I had a incident with my TV set and I logged a claim via the Miway app. I received a call back from a lady by the name of Mashudu within hours of logging the claim. I was very impressed at the prompt response and the efficient way she handled my claim. She committed to get back to me within 48 hours and she kept that promise. She took time and care to explain what my options are and also gave me the opportunity to ask and questions. In all I am happy to be a Miway customer and service like this goes a long way to keep me as a customer.
