About Bradley Molwele, What can I say??? A lot actually !!! Somebody give this man a bells !!!

I have called MiWay to utilise their WeDrive services quite a few times. Today, I called again, after all, it’s the party season.

I got through to Bradley Molwele, who had assisted me twice before. Firstly, he is so friendly and helpful and also listens to my stories lol, It felt like I was talking to a friend, that’s how comfortable he made me feel as a client. Secondly, as the old saying goes, this dude has a memory of an elephant. He remembered who I was and the conversations we had when he had assisted me before. Where have you ever heard of that in this day, where call centre agents are more of an annoyance rather than helpful. I am beyond IMPRESSED !!!

MiWay, Bradley is an absolute ASSET and epitomises AWESOMENESS, yes, it’s not an actual word but I said it…Because he is that AWESOME !!! What a pleasure, I sure hope I always get through to Bradley in future…
