Border Letter Request - Great Service
I had an interaction with Lefa from customer services at MiWay (reference ********** 8). Excellent service. I needed a border letter with my engine number and VIN number on it and he updated the policy immediately. He then proceeded to send the letter immediately via his MiWay address as he said he wasn't sure the system would send it through immediately. That's thinking ahead. MiWay was definitely a good choice to switch to. Thanks Lefa
