Border Letter Request
This compliment is for Ms Dorcus Mathibako (Client Service Data Capturer) @ MiWay for the services provided to me upon requesting for a border letter.<br> The letter was in my email inbox while we were still talking about it. All info required on the letter including the departure and return dates were captured correctly.<br> Dorcus went further to correct some of the info on the profile that was not taken correctly when I initially app**** for the vehicle cover policy<br> During all this Dorcus was very friendly, cheered up, laughing and very friendly.<br> Given the situation of today as most of us rely on the Call Centres to get what we need related to finances and other general info, most people are uptight and stressed and treat clients like they are not worthy, Dorcus was brilliant throughout the conversation and at the end I felt SERVED WELL<br> I am giving you 5 (*****) stars for the great attitude, efficiency and positivity and I would like to encourage you to keep it Up and you will go very far as far as success is concerned.<br> Enjoy your day further - THANK YOU DORCUS<br> Kind regards<br> Kiddy
