Bongiwe Sikhakhanes is who I was referred to for further assistance regarding my policies and their premiums. Bongiwe was extremely helpful. She spoke to me in such a calm and friendly tone that helped put my stress levels at ease. We spoke for quite some time and she took her time in explaining everything I needed clarity on, she also made sure to check if I was following and understanding everything she explained.
