Bongiwe Sikhakhane was extremely helpful. I spent 40min enquiring and not once did she sound dismissive or agigated. She answered all my questions and broadened my understanding on the insurance dynamics. Also got me a better premium. I am grateful for the assistance. Awesome service from Bongiwe.
