Bongiwe Sikhakhane (Mboma) was a breath of fresh air especially after my last incident with a consultant from MiWay. She was very polite, very patient and made feel like a valued client. She was just brilliant. I even made a joke that she needs to train some of her colleagues😜. Over and above this, she made me save about R300 on my policy. Even if she saved me R1, I'd still be happy with how she handled my call. I have nothing but praise for her.
