Bongekile was the agent that assisted me
Bongekile was the agent that assisted me. I wanted to discuss the increase in my premiums as I was not happy with the increase. Bongekile listened calmly to me and explained the reason for the increase after 7 months. She then said that she would see what she could do about a reduction and she came through. Bongekile handled the call very professionally
