Bongekile Mntaka is the worst attendant to have contacted me.
I tried to get in contact with MiWay because of a billing issue, but the support person, Bongekile Mntaka, was horrible. They told me to wait, and then when they came back 15 minutes later, they said "sorr, I go on lunch brrrehk, bye" and then hung up... How??
