BMW NEWCASTLE SUPERTECH-MYWAY CLAIM

claim no ********** myway the vehicle was sent in for repairs and till date empty promises from their Manager Sue from BMW Newcastle. Car was promised to be ready to collect today and when you check each time another story or different person to deal with each time filed with excuses no accountability on their side at alll. my father 69 years of age a pensioner who is not well come out of hospital has to keep paying for taxis and spend his money chasing after his car. He been told continous lies from the panelbeaters Bmw Supertech. We spoken to Myway many times to assesor who is having same issue with the BMW as us. he has tried and tried and still NO JOY. they dont have decency to call us back with feedback as well. if my father not assisted with courtesy car today and refunded back for all his money he spent then i will not rest till this is done. this will go to all of Newcastle media places exposing them for ***** they are. Decietful and not cared about their clients. Worse no one in charge as Manager on leave imagine.
