Blown geyser

Very disappointing service from them. My geyser blew over a week ago. Made a strange noise, water poured out the top of it then something blew ( as it is still inside the bathroom) Logged a claim on Monday afternoon. Was contacted mid week and they sent their appointed plumbers out to access. After un*****ing the bottom cover cap which was full of rust brown water, only to be told by the plumbers that there was no need to replace it as it wasn't leaking anymore and for over R2000 they could replace the thermostat and element. The whole bottom part and wiring is rusted and corroded. Have still not heard a thing from Miway. Winter and no hot water! This is not the first time I have had terrible experience with them.
