You guys are ******, how dare you debit R1300.00 for my account? My cars insurance is R800.00 and my home contents is less than R150.00.

Reverse my money today or I am walking to Outsurance.

You pathetic cheats!

...and do not come back and tell me about an initiation fee or whatever because I don't remember this being mentioned to me, I would not have cancelled my insurance with Outsurance if I was made aware that I would be over charged! I left Outsurance because you promised me a better deal, now I am being made to pay almost R400.00 more for my insurance this month. If that is how you do your business, then cancel my insurance IMMEDIATELY and then reimburse me what you have already debited. I am sick and tired of you companies not being transparent. I want my money, I don't care about anything else, I expect an instant payment today still!!!
