Blatant breach of terms discussed with sales agent
Took up home contents insurance recently, Premium of R282. Agent said R300 joining fee to which I rep**** an emphatic NO, that I would be willing to pay this fee. She agreed. Surprise, Surprise....they still charged me the R300 joining fee .
Called in trying to get MY money back, told to wait 7 days for an answer.
What faith would anybody have in a company that starts off your cover in this fashion.
