Bjorn Laurens and Michael Yeni MiGuardian Angels from MiWay Insurance

It was on a Monday afternoon and I had just knocked off from work when i got to the ba*****t parking I saw that one of my front tires was completely punctured, In Panic tried to move the car but it made a really weird noise so I stopped, That was when I called MiWay to claim from one of my roadside assistance benefits, I was assisted by Bjorn Laurens from the customer center who was extremely patient with me and managed to calm me down, after the call he called me back to inform me that they would not deduct anything from my Roadside assistance benefits because and that one of his Seniors had agreed to come out and assist me with a Tyre change, within less than 15Minutes Michael Yeni came to my rescue and managed to change my tire quickly. I got the best service from MiWay and I still have all my benefits. Thank You So Much
