Bike long lost Logbook.

I insured 2 bikes with miway business insurance in January and 1 s****** got ****** in March 2020. I submitted a claim and it was approved and paid out. However they s****ped the wrong bike on the system. Problem when I wanted to sell the bike that’s supposed to be on my name but it turns it was s****ped on the system and it’s on miways Name. From June I’ve been asking them to send my logbook nothing has happened until now. No update at all. They’ve been sending me up and down licensing department and they refuse to compensate me for my fuel, wear and tear and my pain and suffering. These people are only there when they want us to sign contracts and when problems Arise they nowhere to be found. Full of empty promises. I want my logbook not excuses. I’m paying for their mistake.
