I received the best service from MiWay since I joined until now when I got involved in an accident. On the day of the accident, I didn't even know what to do or who to call but when I called MiWay the assisted me with efficiency, love and care. They even sent me Uber voucher to use to get home.

Palesa Kekana is a star, she was handling my claim. She updated me every step of the way and even giving me advises of where to go to get any document needed to finalize my claim.

Nokwanda Stuurman was also very amazing, she is the first person I spoke to when I called to report the accident. Nokwanda was a darling, she even called me back later on the day of the accident to check if I was okay.
