Bicycle insurance done right

I have bicycle insurance with MiWay. I had a serious crash not long ago and claimed for the damage to my bike. Miway was professional and prompt in handling my claim. My assessor was lovely and made me feel like a friend rather than a client, showing genuine concern and care. I had an issue where they didn't want to replace a specific item. I raised it with them, and they ended up authorising it's replacement which I was very pleased with. Great service, and I will remain a happy customer with them.
