Bheki, the phone operator was patient and helpful. He set up the assistance quickly and accurately. Very happy with his assistance. Leonard the Tow-truck person was very skilled and kind. The tow service took 20min to arrive (which at night, alone on the side of the road, it felt a bit long and scary to wait). But the service given, once arrived, was excellent.
