So its that time of the year for me where my insurance premiums increase and i have review it. I have requested that MIway call me back and they did within 30mins, the consultant i spoken to had referred me to her senior supervisor Buhle N in order to proceed with my review,<br> <br> The increase in review was quite a high amount than usual which made me seek quotations by other insurance companies. I had provided these quotes to Buhle in order for her to bring down my premiums on par with the rest and she did exactly that and more... Buhle had set out to impress me by beating all other quotes received without compromising my cover. She works efficiently and in a very professional manner to achieve the needs of a consumer. I have never encountered such a seamless incident like this referring to customer service. She stressed that my business is valuable to them and had treated me like a valuable consumer. <br> <br> I appreciate personnel such a Buhle N as i belief in any business or organisation customer support and after sales service are vital for retention of existing clients and growth of new ones. I truely hope that Miway employs more staff like Buhle N as then i would be a client for life,
