Beyond Excellent Service

Last week I got an updated schedule of my policy from MiWay, where they were increasing the premium. As I was not happy about this, today I called MiWay and spoke to Itumeleng who escalated this matter to Ntokozo Mdunge who is a snr consultant, within minutes after I expressed my dissatisfaction about the new prem, she worked out a new prem for me and in no time I had revised policy schedule, which I am more than happy about, not to mention how impressed and pleased I am with the service I have received from these two ladies, thank you Ntokozo for the chat and for dealing my query as quickly as possible and for doing things my MiWay once again, as mentioned I am not going anywhere you guys are stuck with me for keeps....
