It is with great pleasure and pride that i send this compliment to an outstanding Miway representative (Mr. Henry Shongwe). It is always pleasing to know that there is still people out there that understands the meaning of customer service. Today as a customer, I felt what it was like to be placed at the centre of everything and was given the best service by a very humble miway representative and of which actually exceeded my expectations.
