Beyond disappointed

I had an accident few days ago

No one from Miway actually called to ask how the accident happened after I put the claim. I constantly had to follow up as I felt forgotten and needed to know the progress

I logged a claim for them to claim from the 3rd party, worst decision and basically they didn't seem to care much

How the accident happened, I was driving out of the packing and the guy was coming from the curve( i was the 6th car from the curve), in a complex,my front wheels where yet to be fully out of the packing bay

Immediately after the accident the guy moved his car(before we can even take pics),acknowledged the his mistake ( the guy later changed his story and sings different tunes) and then leave the scene 3 min later because he was hurrying to his son birthday, guy never bothered to get the accident reported

When I told Miway, they basically told me the following 1. I was reversing therefore by default I'm wrong- 2. The guy speed is irrelevant and can't be proven (complex speed is 20km/h), the damaged caused to my car is 56k and also note the guy was driving automatic 3. There is no eye witness who actually saw that the guy is wrong 4. It will basically be difficult since the guy keep changing his stories, after lengthy discussion with them, they decided to test the water by reaching the guy and he didn't answer and that was basically it, they waiting for the guy to contact them

After the accident I took pics( with his car moved), I alerted Miway and the police and didn't move my car for 3 hours waiting for the police.

To Miway 56k is nothing but on my side excess is high and economy is bad and for them to actually not care like this and not even pushing hard enough when I told them what happened, I feel like they think I'm lying and making up stories. The worst part is that my premium will increase because of this accident.

I'm beyond disappointed and would never recommend Miway to anyone
