Beware of MiWay

During 2021 a client of MiWay's wife reversed into my bakkie while I was reversing out of a parking space at a shopping center. I refused to accept responsibility as this woman was clearly at fault. The client of MiWay claimed from them and now out of the blue, I am being summonsed to return the money paid by MiWay to have this vehicle repaired. May I add, there were evident damage of prior incidents to this vehicle. Now it is costing me money to counter this claim and summons and was advised by the clerk of the civil court that this is MiWay's methods to get the money back for claims settled towards their clients.
