Beware - MiWay **************** in policy renewals

<p>I just spoke to a senior advisor through the MiWay client services department, Refeliwe Montshiwa. My query was based specifically on the increase in my renewal excess for my Miwheels policy.</p> <p>The premium at renewal has increased from R780.77 to R879.12, that’s a 12.5% increase.</p> <p>The excess at renewal has increased from R2000 to R4250, that’s a 112.5 % increase after I had specifically requested the excess remain fixed at R2000 when I intially took the policy.</p> <p>This certainly is quiet a ridiculous and unfair overall increase, considering I haven't had a claim.</p> <p> </p> <p>The agent was adamant and strongly informed me that its ****** practice at MiWay, that the excess can increase significantly while the premium also increases.</p> <p>I will not accept this!</p> <p>MiWay policy holders please beware and check your policy shedule.</p> <p>I have totally lost faith in MiWay insurance and have requested that the policy be cancelled ASAP.</p>
