Better service

An insurance that does not communicate unless you ask. I have been with miway for many years this is my first clame and it's the most disappointing process ever. The pannel beaters that they refure are not at all what you would expect if you are paying for a service like a medical aid and such. We pay insurance so our vehicles don't have to go to such places. One stop auto body in spartan. Worst service no reception there work is not professional they loose your battery and swop it with a run down piece. After telling me to come take delivery on attempt no 1. I arrive to find my car not even assembled but I get a mail saying I can come collect the spray job was not complete bumper hanging over spray. On the second attempt new radiator damaged bumper is mounted with random *****s sticking out and the battery in not mine. On delivery my car is making a noice, I get told it needs a service. So they let the car go I drive for afew minutes and it sound like a diesel the car was not drivable at all. Between miway no communication pannel beaters do not take matters seriously bad communication and work.1 stop auto repair centre in spartan I do not recommend and as for miway trusting these ppl with our vehicles is outrageous. The support from miway is just dragging along and they just take there time. Not a good insurance company u do not get what you pay for u don't skip a payment what so ever but make a claim and u will not get the same service back.
